Payment Terms

Consultation fees are due upon completion of initial consultation. Design services require 50% deposit with remainder due upon project completion. All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates based on scope, weather conditions, and material availability. We strive to meet all deadlines but cannot guarantee completion dates due to factors beyond our control.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary permits, providing property access, and ensuring accurate property boundary information. Changes to approved designs may result in additional fees.

Warranty

We warrant our design work for 90 days from completion. Plant material warranties are provided by suppliers and vary by species and installation conditions.

Limitation of Liability
